Key Responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

• Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and employee documentation
• Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
• Assist employees with basic HR-related questions in both English and Spanish
• Help coordinate trainings, meetings, and HR events
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
