Registered Nurse Ortho Neuro

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse for our Ortho Neuro unit, providing compassionate, evidence-based care to adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive assessments, manage complex post-surgical and medical care plans, administer medications, and closely monitor neuro and mobility status. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate safe discharges, educate patients and families, and support rehab goals.
