Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Full-Time | Direct Hire

Pay Range: $36.47 – $56.53/hr. (Based on experience) + Benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Charge RN – Surgery to support the Operating Room team in Tulsa, OK.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced OR nurse with strong Orthopedic and Neuro circulating experience who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and enjoys leading clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily OR operations and staffing assignments
• Lead and support surgical nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Circulate in orthopedic and neuro surgical procedures
• Ensure continuity of patient care and patient safety
• Respond effectively to emergencies and changing surgical priorities
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support staff education, orientation, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain compliance with infection control and hospital policies

Qualifications

Required

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
• Minimum 2 years of OR circulating experience
• Must have Neuro and Orthopedic surgery experience
• Previous Charge RN or leadership experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• CNOR certification
• Epic experience
• Stable employment history
