Elder Care Provider Wanted - Elder Care Provider Needed In Rio Rancho, Nm $15/Hr Compassionate Family Seeking Reliable Care

Hello, my name is Nancy from Rio Rancho, New Mexico. I am looking for an experienced and qualified elder care provider to join my family for occasional home care and respite for my elderly Father. Specific dates would be for June 9-13 and we would want to have a meet before that time to make sure it is a good fit. We would love to have some references if they are available. Beyond those dates would be occasional short term stays to provide the regular care takers with a break. I am searching for an individual who is capable of providing the highest standard of care for elderly individuals with decreased mobility, including bathing and some help with bathroom-ing, meal preparation and other personal care. My father can transfer himself from a chair/bed to a wheel chair with some assistance for safety. The selected candidate will be live-in on a short term basis and will be paid $15 an hour. Other details include a small dog in the home and my Father is a smoker and does smoke in the house, but only in his 'office' where he hangs out all day reading and watching tv. He tends to like to be alone, but we want him to have some companionship, especially at meal times.
