Proposal Solutions Architect

Collaborating with business development and proposal teams, the full-time Proposal Solutions Architect will produce compelling and compliant proposal responses for government contracts while working remotely from designated locations within the continental US. Key responsibilities: Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to extract content and ensure proposal compliance with RFP formats Develop customer-focused solutions by understanding client requirements and coordinating with proposal managers and graphic artists Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content and maintain proposal schedules through active participation in meetings Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent 10+ years of technical, IT, or Operations experience in a large-scale technology services environment 5+ years of experience in business development lifecycle and proposal writing support Ability to explain complex technical data in simplistic language for diverse audiences Experience conceptualizing graphics to convey key solution concepts effectively
