Job Description

We are looking for an experienced solution planner with German language skills to join our dynamic growing team. In this position, you will design and implement comprehensive technical solutions that respond to complex business challenges for our corporate clients.

As a strategic technical advisor, you will connect business requirements and technology implementation while ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

• Analyze customers' business requirements and transform them into detailed technical solution plans and architecture documentation
• Develop solution proposals, bid documents, cost estimates and present them to stakeholders, demonstrating their technical feasibility and business value
• Work closely with multifunctional teams including project managers, sales managers, and quality assurance specialists to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives and technology implementations
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship during the implementation phase
• Communicate with German-speaking clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and provide technical advice
• Document solution architectures, system designs, and technical specifications clearly and systematically
• Stay current with new technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or similar technical positions

• Proficient German language skills (both written and spoken)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise solutions
• Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN technologies
• Experience in project management
• Strong technical documentation and presentation skills
