Role:- SAP Solution Architect - SCM, SD and MM.
Location:- Wilmington, DE USA( Hybrid /Onsite)
Mode of Hire:- FTE/Subcon
Visa:- Open
JD
Mfg. Domain is added advantage.
Minimum 12+ Years of SAP Cross functional experience in SCM, SD and MM.
• Must have extensive knowledge on integration between various SAP Modules.
• Have experience of min 3 Implementation and 3 Major Support engagements as an SME.
• Should possess good communication and Stakeholder Management.
• Must be well versed with the Process correction / Optimization.
• Should be a self-driven & team player with a Go-getter attitude in addressing the issues in challenging environment.
• Good at ABAP debugging.
Roles and Responsibilities.
• Who can mentor/handhold team, participate and lead in solution discussion and suggest solution, who can challenge Solenis during discussion what is best practice etc
• Who can understand complete Client specific supply chain
• Who can integrate/liaison between technical, functional and business aspects to ensure solution meets Client goals/business KPI
• Must have a deep and strong understanding of manufacturing , supply management technologies, solution architects work closely with relevant stakeholders, to create a cohesive and efficient system that meets the needs of the business.
• He/she should able to
o Analyzing and understanding business requirements
o Identifying potential technology solutions
o Designing and planning the implementation of the chosen solution
o Collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation
o Evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and making necessary adjustments
o Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
o Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
o Ensuring that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
o Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
o Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
o Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
