Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service and create positive customer experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and building lasting customer relationships in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide professional assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or another customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
