About the job Customer Service Representative


Need some extra cash for the holiday season? Were looking for friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives in the travel industry.

In this role, you'll help clients plan and manage their travel experiences providing guidance, support, and outstanding service every step of the way. Whether its booking flights, recommending destinations, or assisting with trip details, you'll play an important part in helping travelers create unforgettable memories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, and itinerary updates.
  • Recommend destinations, accommodations, and travel options based on client needs.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure all booking details are accurate.
  • Stay informed on travel promotions, policies, and industry updates.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for travel and helping others.
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable using online systems and digital tools (training provided).
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is helpful but not required.
