Must possess the following skills:
• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems Job Description:
- Initiate outbound client calls
- Follow-up on client calls and contact information
- Responsible for maintaining activities related to sales and marketing.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Is willing to do tasks that are outside of their responsibilities.
