Site Coordinator - Per Diem

Site Coordinator The Site Coordinator (SC) is responsible for monitoring the activities of the agency property which includes ensuring compliance with program policies and procedures, maintaining the safety of the residents and the security and cleanliness of the facility. The SC will work collaboratively with the other SCs, Case Managers, and Management to promote a safe and nurturing community environment. The SC is an essential position; the job functions are necessary to conduct agency business even when the agency is not operating normally. This position is for 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM every other weekend. Essential Functions Monitor the activities of residents to ensure the safety of residents, staff, and guest(s) Provide on‑going support to residents when necessary Maintain written and oral communication of incidents in accordance with agency policies in shift turnover log Supervise and assist residents with daily cleanup Enforce New Reach policies and follow staff policies and procedures Monitor supplies and communicate needs to Program Manager(s) Communicate with other staff and maintain the turnover log Employees designated as essential are expected to report to or remain at work when the agency has a delayed opening, early release, or closure Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency required Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries in working with clients Assertiveness, creativity and ability to work independently or with a team Knowledge of community resources and systems Demonstrated initiative, good judgment and self‑direction Access to reliable transportation Basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred Experience with homelessness preferred Knowledge of and sensitivity to women's issues (domestic violence, sexual abuse etc.) Benefits Medical, vision, and dental 401(k) Retirement plan Paid Time Off (PTO) (12) Paid Holidays (1) Floating Holiday Life Insurance Long-Term Disability EEO/VET Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr New Haven Home Recovery, Inc.
