What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Producer / In-House Creator to help bring our creative ideas to life — coordinating with editors, shooting new content, and ensuring every piece of creative hits the mark. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on production and project coordination. If you love being on set, collaborating with creators, and keeping projects running smoothly from concept to final edit — this role’s for you. What You’ll Do Coordinate with our editing and creative teams to plan and execute shoot days (2–3x per week) Produce and film short‑form ad content for TikTok, Meta, and other social platforms Manage creative timelines, asset delivery, and feedback between teams Contribute to creative ideation and on‑set direction to ensure high‑quality output Organize footage, scripts, and deliverables for post‑production What You Bring Experience producing or creating short‑form content (TikTok, Reels, UGC, etc.) Strong organizational and communication skills — you can juggle multiple projects easily Comfort being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera A collaborative spirit — you thrive in fast‑paced, feedback‑driven environments Bonus: basic editing or camera skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar) What You’ll Get Hands‑on experience with top consumer brands Work with a fast‑moving creative team that values experimentation and results Tight‑knit NYC crew of strategists, creators, and performance experts If you love making things happen on set, thrive in creative chaos, and want to grow with one of the fastest‑moving performance agencies out there — we’d love to meet you.
