Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to provide specialized patient care across multiple intensive care units, including Stroke/Neuro, Cardiac, Trauma, and General. The role requires flexibility to float between units and adherence to strict safety and dress code standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Monitor patient conditions closely, utilizing advanced clinical skills to respond to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with facility policies.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including COVID vaccination requirements.
• Maintain compliance with training modules and certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.

Qualifications:

• Must possess valid state nursing license at the time of submission.
• Require current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate experience with various ICU specialties, including stroke, neuro, cardiac, trauma, or general.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) with flexibility for float assignments.
• First-time travelers considered; previous travel experience preferred.
• Willingness to comply with facility dress code and safety standards.
