Responsibilities:

• Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence-based nursing care to achieve desired health outcomes for the patient.

• Demonstrates the ability to recognize and adapt to changes in patients' conditions in a timely and clinically appropriate manner.

• Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities balanced with the needs and comfort of the patient.

• Demonstrates accountability for own ethical behavior, and supports ethical practice by addressing and/or escalating issues.

• Documents according to policy/procedure, standards, and guidelines.

• Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• One (1) year RN experience

• Licensure: Active RN License in good standing with the state of Arizona

• Certifications: Current American Heart Association BLS (upon hire) and American Heart Association ACLS (obtained within 6 months of hire)

Preferred:

• One year medical surgical acute experience

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing

Pay Range

$35.00 - $58.63 /hour
