Description The Wash & Fold Laundry Processor is a role designed to process every load of laundry to our Guest specifications and Company Standards. The role also has a number of cleaning responsibilities and must learn the role of a Guest Service Attendant (and serve as back up as needed). Responsibilities Wash & Fold Process WDF orders to guest specifications & Bubbleland Standards Drop Off System (Clean Cloud) Receive Incoming Drop Off Order on Guest Drop Off Update Drop Off Order as Cleaned in the System (CleanCloud) Release Outgoing Drop Off Order on Guest Pick Up Correct a Drop Off Order Data Entry Errors Correct Retail Purchases on Clean Page (CleanCloud) Replace Drop Off System Receipt Paper Pick Up System (HappyNest) Sign In to HappyNest System Complete Production Manifest Add Bulk Wash Item Pricing to Ticket Cleaning Organize Front of the House Store Appearance Clean Store Supply Areas Clean Vending Inventory Areas Clean Vending Machines - Interior Clean Vending Machine Compressor Clean/Dust Vending Machine Display Clear Community Board Prepare Salvation Army Bin for Pick Up & Organize Drop Off Area Guest Service Greet Guests Answer & Transfer Calls on the the Store Telephone Assist Guests with the LaundryCard X-Changers Assist Guest with the Laundry Machines (Washers & Dryers) Assign Funds From Escrow (Associate View) Replace Exchanger Receipt Paper Request Customer Refunds Putting the Store on the Music Standard Administrative Clock In/Clock Out of Shift (Paylocity) Approve Weekly Time Card Complete Shift Responsibility Reports Emergency Operate Fire Extinguisher & Respond to a Dryer Fire Operate Panic Alarm #J-18808-Ljbffr Bubbleland-On-Western
