Using Oler, post-acute healthcare heroes save time on tedious medical chart reviews, while finding important "needles in the haystack." Nurse assessment coordinators can better support seamless transitions of care, appropriate value-based reimbursement, and accurate quality reporting. Admissions personnel can get back to their referral partners more quickly, without sacrificing the safety or sustainability of their building. Over the past year, we've grown our business directly supporting SNFs by over 200%, now working with several hundred facilities across 30+ states. Oler is now looking to bring on additional high-performance, high-character individuals to support the continued expansion of our positive impact.Joining The TeamThe Vice President of Business Development is a key member of Oler's growth team. This leader will be responsible for forging complex enterprise partnerships and channel relationships. In doing so, the VP of Business Development will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing new business. This role is expected to be the primary growth lead for a set of enterprise prospects which generally operate more than 20 skilled nursing facilities (a total of 2,000-3,000 SNFs). Representing Oler at industry conferences, Oler's Enterprise Account Executive will build key relationships and serve as a product evangelist with the ability to articulate the benefits of our AI-powered platform across a wide range of audiences. xhyhwjd The role will start primarily in an individual contributor capacity, with the potential for "player and coach" responsibilities. This is a full-time role reporting to Oler's CEO.Key QualificationsA minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a consistent track record of exceeding growth targets in a competitive marketA strategic thinker able to manage through ambiguity while leading enterprise sales cyclesDirect experience in post-acute healthcare end markets, especially skilled nursing facility chains and skilled home health organizationsPossessing a "hunter" mindset, and comfortable operating as a self-starterStartup experience would be a plus, with a desire to "get your hands dirty" and have a "no task is too small for me attitude"Process oriented with a validated playbook for commercial success in the post-acute spaceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalLow ego; a team player with a track record of driving accountabilityImpeccable character and a positive customer service orientation
