If so, we want YOU on our team!We're on the hunt for a temporary Packaging Project Manager to join a vibrant team in the retail industry, focusing on private brand packaging. This is your chance to partner with an incredible in-house creative team and make a real impact.What You'll Be Doing:Collaborate with Senior Creative Ops Managers and internal creative team to bring print packaging projects from concept to completionDevelop and maintain project schedules that keep everyone on track and stress-free (mostly).Be the glue that holds creative ops, design, production, and product development together, ensuring creative objectives align with business goals.Evaluate creative and process workflows, identifying areas to streamlineTrack timelines and oversee the intake, review, and finalization of artwork filesKeep stakeholders in the loop with regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocksLead team meetings to align goals, tackle challenges, and make things happenBalance the workload of the creative team, making resource adjustments as neededEmbody professionalism and integrity by modeling compliance with company policies while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environmentWhat You Bring to the Table:Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently with great attention to detailMonitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and adjust/pivot plans with the team as necessary to meet deadlinesBuild strong relationshipsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a packaging, retail or creative environmentThis is a temporary position onsite at our client's headquarters in Bentonville, AR. Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Remote work is not available.
