Key Responsibilities Of The B2B Collections Specialist Manage a portfolio of commercial customer accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding balances. Review aging reports, investigate account discrepancies, and resolve payment issues. Communicate with customers regarding payment status, account reconciliations, and collection efforts. Partner with Sales, Credit, Billing, and Cash Application teams to resolve account concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer communication, payment commitments, and collection activity. Qualifications For The B2B Collections Specialist 1+ year of B2B Collections, Commercial Collections, or Accounts Receivable experience. Experience working with purchase orders, customer payment terms, credits, chargebacks, and account reconciliations. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
