In This Role, You’ll:

• Counts and calculates quantity of product to verify accuracy of shipment. Safely operates all material handling equipment. Accurately completes all associated paperwork. Maintains clean work area consistent with company standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• Have reliable transportation
• The ability to operate electric pallet jacks
• Able to use Vo-Collect headsets
• Work in the Freezer and Cooler
• Make your schedule shift
• Not have attendance issues
• Physically capable to lift between 5 - 50 pounds

Schedule & Setting:

• 7AM - 5:30PM Sunday - Wednesday
• 4 Days on 3 Days off (will need to have weekend flexibility)
• Multi-Temp Zone (Dry, Freezer, and Cooler)
• Have the ability to work holidays

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00 hr., can make up to $38/hr. in performance incentives
• Weekly Pay (Every Friday)

• Paid Time Off: You’ll accrue up to 80 hours of vacation in your first year, with time available to use after completing 12 months of continuous employment
• Paid Holidays: 6 calendar holidays, plus 3 floating holidays per year.
• Paid Sick Leave: Employees accrue 48 hours of sick time per year, available for use after 90 days
• Company-provided uniforms and work shoes
