Ignite Connections Through Communication – Become a Speech Language Pathologist in Dynamic Fort Worth
Is it time for your next career adventure to celebrate the art of communication? As a Speech Language Pathologist nestled in the thriving heart of Fort Worth, you'll embark on a journey that extends beyond addressing speech and swallowing issues. You will empower, uplift, and foster connections among individuals spanning all age groups — from bright-eyed toddlers digging into language to resilient seniors seeking independence.
This position offers a remarkable opportunity to impact lives across the lifespan while working within a vibrant community that perfectly blends outpatient therapy with moments of inpatient care. Whether your passion lies in nurturing children's language skills, addressing adult communication challenges, or enhancing the cognitive capacities of older adults, you'll uncover fulfillment and flexibility in this role.
Conduct thorough evaluations for patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics utilizing standardized methods and observational insights.
Craft individualized treatment strategies aimed at achieving immediate goals as well as addressing long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.
Provide personalized speech therapy sessions focusing on communication, language, fluency, voice modulation, and swallowing.
Work synergistically with teams of physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
Educate patients and their families to empower ongoing progress outside of therapy sessions.
Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapy sessions, guaranteeing continuity throughout rehabilitation.
Document all assessments and interventions accurately and promptly, adhering to relevant standards.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field through ongoing education and collaborative interactions with peers.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet ASHA-certified.
Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Preferred: ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required to be obtained within the first month of employment.
Proven ability in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for various age groups, with a comprehensive understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Capability to modify therapy techniques to resonate with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Strong clinical judgment complemented by problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and relevant documentation practices.
Attractive pay structure aligned with your experience.
Flexible working hours to facilitate a healthy work-life balance and accommodate different caseloads.
Options to specialize in pediatric care, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric therapy.
Paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation.
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance offerings.
Support for continuing education and professional development.
A collaborative environment that prioritizes high-quality care and continual learning.
A Career That Transforms Lives — and Your Own
In this position, you won't simply offer therapy; you'll become an integral part of a collective mission dedicated to re-establishing voices, enhancing communication, and cultivating moments of joy through the most fundamental human interactions: interpreting and expressing thoughts.
You'll collaborate with clinicians who consider each other family, within an environment that values teamwork over rivalry. Every patient has a unique narrative, and we will trust you to help weave their stories.

Who We're Looking For
We're in search of a Speech Language Pathologist who is propelled by results yet anchored in empathy. Someone who perceives a shy child and envisions their flourishing ability to express, who recognizes the hesitant words of a stroke patient and hears resilience.
You may be a pediatric-focused therapist eager to widen your practice to include adult service, or perhaps a neuro-specialist keen to embrace early intervention methodologies.
Whichever your path, if you're ready to approach this role with passion and expertise, we look forward to welcoming you into our community.
Let's Craft a Dialogue — Together
If you see communication as more than mere sounds and believe in therapeutic engagement as a genuine partnership — if you value building rapport as a precursor to achieving goals, and delight in nurturing the human experience even as you foster language — then you may have found your ideal career destination.
Join us in fostering a community rich in communication, connection, and the bravery required to begin anew. Apply to our team today and aid others in discovering their voice.
