Private Collection Coordinator for UHNWI Location: Miami, FL (Onsite) Job Summary: Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Private Collection Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and operations of a private collection. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced family office environment where you will play a key role in maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and helping build scalable processes that support the long-term management of a prestigious collection. Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day administration and organization of a private collection. Maintain accurate inventory, records, and documentation using collection management systems. Coordinate shipping, servicing, logistics, and vendor relationships. Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, brokers, and other external partners. Build and maintain strong professional relationships while delivering exceptional service. Track communications and activities to ensure accurate recordkeeping and seamless operations. Identify opportunities to improve and scale processes that support the ongoing management of the collection. Take ownership of projects and ensure a high level of organization, accuracy, and follow-through. Qualifications: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Strong project coordination and administrative skills. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
