We are currently seeking talented and motivated production workers.Who we are looking for: Preferred candidates will be individuals who can work on their feet for extended periods, are willing to work overtime and weekends as needed, and are adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.Available Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 - 10:30 pm) and 3rd Shift (10:30 pm - 6:30 am)Pay: $20.34 - $21.11 an hour - this includes $1.00 differentialResponsibilities:Perform basic assembly of components and sub-assembliesOperate resistance spot weld machines or laser machinesAssist Hot Stamp Operator with set-up and operation of hot stamp linesPerform basic safety inspections on equipment and record dataComplete SPC (Statistical Process Control) checks and charts as requiredFollow instructions to ensure accurate productionMaintain a clean and organized work areaAdhere to safety guidelines and protocolsSkills:Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assemblyMechanical knowledge to understand equipment operationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlinesAble to work in a warm environment during summer timeStrong attention to detail and quality controlExperience working in a manufacturing setting is preferredAbility to understand verbal work instructions provided in EnglishAwareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
