Production Associate: Machine Operator

Machine Operators & Production Assemblers Machine Operators and Assemblers needed for a large manufacturing company located in Clinton, TN. Starting pay range is $18.00 to $19.00 per hour. These are 12 hour shifts starting at 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Starting on a contract-to-hire basis with a strong benefits package after full time hire. Job Description The manufacturing team plays a vital role in crafting high-quality automotive parts, from the exciting process of aluminum melting and casting all the way through to the final stages. This dynamic role demands exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus. General Information Operating automated manufacturing machines Assembly of automotive parts Pay: $18.00 per hour with a night shift differential Attire: Short sleeve shirt, durable pants, safety glasses, and safety shoes (steel or composite depending on department) Essential Duties Read and write English fluently Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds Maintain concentration throughout the shift to ensure accuracy and efficiency Maintain awareness of daily production quotas and work to achieve them Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Minimum Qualifications and Skills Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Capable of standing for long periods of time Strong concentration and attention to detail Proficiency in reading and transcribing numerical data Awareness of and commitment to meeting daily production goals Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting #J-18808-Ljbffr Gem Care, Inc
