Grinder / Polisher

Location: Marietta, GA

Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Pay: $18–$22/hr Starting | Up to $25/hr Based on Experience

SourceNow is hiring a Grinder / Polisher for a manufacturing facility in Marietta, GA! We are looking for a dependable candidate with manufacturing or machine operation experience who can work with precision and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Set up and operate grinding and polishing equipment
Grind and trim rubber rolls to customer specifications
Perform polishing and finishing operations
Use precision measuring tools when needed
Complete in-process quality inspections
Monitor equipment and maintain proper working condition
Follow all safety and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working with machinery and hand tools
Ability to follow specifications and production procedures
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
