Deliver therapy services following individualized treatment plans Support residents in performing daily living and rehabilitative activities Observe and document patient progress and communicate updates to the care team Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and home programs Foster a supportive and collaborative therapy environment What You Bring Active Washington COTA License (we support and reimburse licensing costs) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Valid CPR certification SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required Strong clinical knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care A compassionate, team-oriented approach Work Environment & Expectations Collaborative, team-based therapy environment Productivity expectations aligned with industry standards, with leadership support Emphasis on quality care over burnout culture Ready to Make a Difference?
