What will you be doing as a Vacation Sales Ambassador Team Member?
\n •    Persuasively present and sell vacation ownership packages, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
\n •    Develop positive relationships with customers and team members
\n •    Set bold goals and work diligently to meet and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team’s overall success
\n •    Deliver exceptional service by understanding customer needs and offering tailored vacation solutions
\n •    Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations by offering a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations
\n •    Participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge

What experience are we looking for in team members?
\n •    Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
\n •    Previous sales experience preferred
\n •    Strong verbal and written communication abilities
\n •    Enthusiastic and can-do personality
\n •    Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
\n •    Basic proficiency with CRM tools and sales-related software
\n •    High school diploma or equivalent 
\n •    Demonstrated success in commission-based sales across sectors such as luxury goods, insurance, mortgage, hospitality, solar, restaurants, or finance

Responsibilities:

\n
• Provide guest services to resort guests and visitors.
\n
• Engage with potential customers to determine their vacation needs and preferences.
\n
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our vacation packages.
\n
• Provide concierge service by recommending dining and attractions while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through an offer of a highly discounted vacation package to one of our destinations.
\n
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service.
\n
• Successfully implement Hilton Grand Vacations’ sales techniques to achieve sales targets.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to exchange effective strategies and foster collective achievements.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must enjoy interacting with guests and an eagerness for upward mobility.

• Commitment to provide world class customer service

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a commission-based role
\n
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
\n
• Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
\n
• Demonstrated capability to succeed in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
\n
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
\n
• At least one year hospitality and/or customer service experience
\n
• Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• High School Diploma or GED
\n
• Ability to work on-site at Great Wolf Lodge
