Commercial Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse book of business, including accounts in construction, restaurants/bars, land excavation, events, boat sales, and marinas. With a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships, the ideal candidate will bring expertise, professionalism, and a proactive approach to account management. Compensation Package Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000 (up to $90,000 for exceptional candidates) Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a diverse book of business with account sizes ranging from $1,000 to $250,000 (primarily $5,000 - $100,000) Handle quoting for new and renewal business, with a focus on accounts under $25,000 Provide exceptional customer service to maintain and grow client relationships Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management Engage in community activities to represent the company and build professional networks Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager (5+ years preferred) Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is highly desirable Soft Skills: Teachability and willingness to learn Strong community involvement and networking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proactive and solution-focused mindset
