Investor Relations Specialist

Currently seeking a high-performing Investor Relations professional to support capital raising, investor servicing, and strategic communications across the firm’s Private Equity and Private Credit platforms. This individual will work closely with the IR team, investment professionals, and senior leadership to manage existing LP relationships and support fundraising initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end fundraising processes across strategies Prepare marketing materials, DDQs, PPMs, presentations, and performance analytics Coordinate data rooms, diligence workflows, and CRM tracking Investor Coverage Serve as a point of contact for existing LPs Respond to investor requests and reporting inquiries Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, annual meetings, and consultant submissions Reporting & Communications Assist with quarterly and annual reporting, including the Firm’s Annual Investor Meeting Maintain marketing materials and ensure consistent cross-strategy messaging Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with investment, finance, legal, and compliance teams on reporting and fund documentation Qualifications: 2–6 years of experience in IR, placement, investment banking, private equity, private credit, or related financial services Strong understanding of private markets and institutional investors Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Location: This role is based in Manhattan, NY.
