Customer Service Rep

Job Description

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer support while processing orders, supporting sales growth, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and product availability to support customers and increase sales.
Process customer orders accurately in the SAGE100 Sales Order Entry system.
Coordinate international export shipments, including required documentation and compliance.
Review customer orders and recommend additional or complementary products when appropriate.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value and sales.
Analyze purchasing trends and collaborate with Sales Representatives to support customer growth.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Prepare order documentation and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments.

Qualifications

Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of export shipping is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
