Located in Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $18-$22 HVAC Apprentice - Entry LevelScottsdale, AZ | $18-22/hr | Full-Time Ready to start a hands-on career in the trades? Express Employment Professionals is hiring an entry-level HVAC Apprentice for a growing local company. No experience required - just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn! You'll start in the warehouse learning the fundamentals before moving toward install work. What You'll Do:
- Prep AC units in the warehouse for upcoming installs
- Learn equipment assembly, parts inventory, and quality checks
- Assist lead technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems as you progress
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols on every job
- Trained/experience in basic brazing techniques for metal joining, with a strong focus on safety and precision
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on warehouse work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a trade
- Valid driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Paid, hands-on training starting in the warehouse
