What You’ll Get Top Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE) + overtime opportunities Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance & more 401(k) with Company Match: We invest in your future PTO: Up to 20 paid days off + 7 paid holidays (based on experience) Company Vehicle Provided – No wear and tear on your personal vehicle Employee Assistance Program – Support for work/life balance Job Security & Growth – Work with a well-established, award-winning local leader What You’ll Do Lead skilled teams installing commercial HVAC ductwork and ventilation systems Coordinate daily jobsite activities to keep installations on schedule and on spec Ensure quality assurance and safe installation practices on every job You’ll Also Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents Communicate with GCs, project managers, and clients Train and mentor crew members while keeping job sites clean and efficient Track materials, document progress, and report updates What You Bring 4+ years of commercial HVAC sheet metal installation experience 2+ years’ experience leading crews or running job sites Ability to interpret construction documents and ensure code compliance Valid Arizona driver’s license and a good driving record Bonus: Experience with VRF systems or refrigeration Why Choose CAMS?
