Outpatient Lymphedema Occupational Therapist

Unit Details: Work with OTs/OTAs, PT/PTAs and SLP on a regular basis along wound care clinic. Also work with compression fitter and lymphedema vendors that support the lymphedema patient population. Will be expected to work with young/middle adults to geriatrics, mix of diagnoses including patients requiring lymphedema care. Hospital-based outpatient lymphedema patient population. Located at our outpatient rehab department. OT must be certified in lymphedema, licensed in the state of Georgia.

Schedule: 5x8s Mon/Wed: 9:45-18:15, Tues/Thurs/Fri: 7:30-16:00 OR Flexible to consider 4x9 M-TH: 7:30-17:00 + Fri 1x4 7:30-13:00 = 40H Weekend: None Call: None Floating: Within facility/scope of practice to Piedmont Fayette (Acute Care Inpatient facility) as needed

Minimum Experience: 1 year - Unit accepts first time travelers Aya Offer: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements. RTO: MAX 7 days Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.
