Job Summary Follows manufacturing instructions to produce finished goods safely, accurately, consistently and in a timely manner. Responsibilities Operate process control systems including PLCs, mass flow meters, pumps and scales. Fill, seal, label, stencil, palletize and wrap containers as prescribed in the associated batch ticket, pick ticket, or export order sheet. Maintain neat, thorough and correct completion of all batch related documentation. Maintain statistical process control (SPC) charts as directed. Provide accurate documentation of inventory movement. Load and unload raw materials and finished goods. Operate all types of forklifts and other related motorized vehicles safely and proficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work area and strictly adhere to all plant safety policies. Assist in training new employees, batch investigations, and other special projects. Shift Monday to Thursday (1pm EST – 11:30pm EST) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to follow instructions. Positive team‑oriented attitude. Work Environment / Physical Demands Work in a manufacturing environment; may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. Exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, trip and slip hazards; noise level is loud. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move drums up to 500 pounds with mechanical equipment. May be required to stand for long periods, walk great distances, work in small spaces, and work at high locations.
