Job Summary
Medical-Surgical Floor (MS) Iowa City, Iowa. This role supports a medical-surgical oncology unit caring for adult patients who require acute oncology services, including chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and complex monitoring. The position also supports post-operative care for surgical oncology patients. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

• Unit/Department: Medical-Surgical Oncology Unit (adult medical-surgical oncology)

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; minimum 36.0 hours per week

• Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS); IA/Compact license; chemotherapy certification (chemo cert)
• Preferred Qualifications: Cerner Epic experience; trauma level experience; teaching hospital experience
• Additional Information: The unit provides care that includes chemotherapy administration, symptom management, and complex patient monitoring, as well as post-operative care for a variety of oncology-related surgical procedures.
