You'll work in a supportive environment that values your independence and ability to manage varying patient census and acuity levels. This role requires flexibility, as you'll be part of a rotational on-call schedule and may need to float to chronic departments as needed.

• Provide high-quality dialysis care in a post-acute setting
• Function independently and adapt to fluctuating patient needs
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule
• Float to chronic departments as required
• Utilize Fresenius machines and other computerized charting systems
• Need 2 years experience in setting
• Hold a valid MA nursing license
• BLS certification required
