Marketing Manager

Job Description

Ready to put your creativity and marketing skills to work? We're looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Manager to take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities, create engaging content, and help turn marketing ideas into campaigns that grow the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage social media content, including posts, captions, graphics, videos, and promotions
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, seasonal promotions, and giveaways across social media, email, SMS, and website channels
• Create and manage promotional emails and text campaigns while tracking engagement and results
• Maintain website content, promotions, featured products, landing pages, and basic SEO
• Monitor customer engagement, comments, messages, and feedback while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Maintain marketing calendars and assets while tracking campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Experience creating and managing social media content for a brand or business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience creating marketing and promotional content
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and basic marketing analytics
• Creative mindset with an eye for branding, design, photography, and content quality
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate with leadership
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary :

• $50-60k (Depending on Experience)
