Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support the growth and business objectives of assigned product lines and business units. This role partners closely with sales, operations, product management, and executive leadership to develop marketing plans, manage campaigns, oversee budgets, coordinate agency partners, and execute programs that increase brand awareness, generate demand, and strengthen customer relationships. The Marketing Manager serves as a strategic business partner while ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives. The role is expected to leverage modern marketing technologies, analytics, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve campaign effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. The incumbent is expected to model the following daily:
- Demonstrate alignment with HOLT Group's mission and core values.
- Build collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development.
