Position Details:
- Job type: Full-time
- Pay range: $50,000 $100,000+ per year (based on experience & performance)
Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with accuracy and efficiency per dealership and manufacturer standards
- Use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to identify vehicle issues
- Service a range of systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and electrical
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to clearly communicate needed repairs and timelines
- Provide accurate time estimates and perform warranty work to manufacturer specifications
Qualifications:
- Proven technician experience required
- A-level certifications in Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Strong understanding of current automotive technology
- Team-oriented with a solid work ethic and customer-first attitude
- Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
- Competency with electronic diagnostic tools and software
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
