PLM Analyst

Overview:

We’re seeking a PLM Analyst to support day-to-day product lifecycle management activities across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations. This role will focus on maintaining accurate product data, processing requests, and keeping PLM workflows moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, not a PLM architecture or development position.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain part numbers, product records, and attributes in the PLM system
• Create, update, and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Process Engineering Change Orders/Notices (ECOs/ECNs)
• Route approvals and track workflow status
• Maintain accurate product, document, and revision data
• Support document control, versioning, and record management
• Respond to PLM requests and resolve data or workflow issues
• Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations
• Assist with basic PLM user training and onboarding
• Support NPI activities and identify opportunities to improve data quality and workflow efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in PLM, product data, engineering operations, supply chain operations, or a related area
• Experience with Arena, Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile PLM, Propel, or similar PLM systems
• Experience managing BOMs, part numbers, ECOs/ECNs, product data, or document control
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations
• Hardware, technology, or data center experience is preferred
