This is a great opportunity for an experienced purchasing professional who is both a strong team player and highly effective working independently. What You'll Do * Quote and support sales contracts * Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders * Manage standard inventory through the ERP system * Schedule material to meet inventory and supply chain objectives * Review and process return purchase orders * Enter credits and debits as requested * Maintain knowledge of suppliers, pricing, lead times, and capabilities * Build relationships with supplier inside and outside sales contacts * Purchase against contractual agreements and support risk evaluations * Support regions with alternatives and sourcing decisions * Understand internal processing equipment and global supply base * Communicate effectively with internal teams and suppliers * Support corporate objectives (ROCE, sales, operations, purchasing) * This role includes both strategic and administrative responsibilities.
