Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Well established physician-led practice that has been proudly serving the high desert in San Bernardino County for several decades is seeking a BE/BC Primary Care Physician to join its team. We are committed to practicing evidence-based medicine and excellent patient care.
Highlights:

• Full-time position
• Services would include providing care to a wide variety of patients who are known to be very loyal to their primary care physicians.
• Our goal is to look for a provider that is motivated to serve with our long-term providers
• Implement and select your role/scope of practice
• Great looking, clean, recently built practice
• Option to admit patients at local hospital (if preferred)
• Start with 5-day week schedule with potential admin day after 6 months
• Average 15-22 patients/day depending on level of risk/time required
• Proactive and accessible admin that do care for their physicians
• Great IT support with training in EMR
• Pay starts at $220K with up to $60K in bonus potential!
