Primary Care Physician CareMD – Barstow ClinicCareMD is seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join our growing team supporting our Barstow clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered outpatient environment focused on wellness, preventive care, and serving the High Desert community.Position HighlightsFull-Time outpatient opportunity with CareMD.Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with physicians typically finishing patient care by 4:00 PM and remaining time allotted for administrative workNo inpatient responsibilities or hospital call requirements; only occasional calls for your own patientsAverage patient volume of approximately 14–18 patients per dayStrong focus on wellness visits, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and continuity of carePatient population consists primarily of geriatric and underserved/low-income familiesCompetitive salary ranging from $275,000–$325,000 annually with potential productivity bonusOpen to Visa Candidates (J1, H1B, O1)Collaborative clinical environment with supportive administrative staffOption for 1099 or W2 employment available.QualificationsMD or DO degree from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited residency programBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family MedicineCurrent California Medical License or eligibility to obtain oneCurrent DEA registrationAbout CareMDCareMD is a physician-led and physician-founded healthcare organization dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the High Desert community.
