Our nationally recognized team has significant experience assisting individuals and families with sophisticated estate and tax planning techniques, creating and administering family offices, decanting and modifying trusts, administering complex estates, planning with respect to business interests, art, and other unusual assets, analyzing complex transfer tax issues, and handling tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service. Responsibilities Assist clients with trust and estate planning and administration, providing counsel on complex tax issues and representing clients before the IRS. Qualifications At least five years of relevant transactional experience in trust and estate planning and administration. Strong academic credentials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. LL.M. in tax preferred but not required. Compensation Compensation range: $365,000 to $420,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
