Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Geriatric Behavioral Health

Senior Care Therapy seeks a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide compassionate behavioral health services to seniors in long-term care, assisted living, and community settings. In this role, you will complete comprehensive assessments, develop person-centered treatment plans, and deliver individual and group psychotherapy both onsite and via telehealth. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and facility partners to address mood, anxiety, and adjustment issues, improve residents’ quality of life, and support staff education.
