We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide evidence-based psychotherapy and mental health services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. What You’ll Do Provide therapy and mental health support to individuals and families. Conduct assessments and create treatment plans. Work closely with an integrated care team to achieve the best outcomes. Participate in clinical supervision and professional development. What We’re Looking For Master’s degree and NYS clinical license (LCSW). 3+ years of psychotherapy experience. Experience with diverse populations; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
