All About Kids is a proud primary agency for the New York City Department of Education, and we are currently recruiting School-Based Counselors for the 2026-2027 DOE contract awards w/ increased rates! All school-based counseling services will be performed in-person in a school setting (Public, Private, Charter elementary, middle and/or high schools as available) throughout the five boroughs for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) & Licensed Psychologists. Our team will help you find the right school and customize a caseload for you! Whether you are looking to complement your current caseload or are looking to switch into school-based therapy from a different environment, we have a variety of placements and settings available. Responsibilities Provide services in school-based settings and work with elementary, middle and high school students Monitor, track and report progress on IEP goal(s) Develop and maintain a complete, accurate and current record with all required documents and data through SESIS Deliver in-person services effectively Develop creative goal plans aimed at improving overall well-being Have excellent organizational skills Salary $80 - $90 per hour Opportunities School Placements: AAK is proud to have been designated as a Multi Awarded Primary NYC DOE Contract Agency in District 2 (Financial District, Tribeca, West Village, Midtown, Gramercy, and Upper East Side) and District 13 (Brooklyn Heights, Forte Green, Clinton Hill, Dumbo, and Downtown Brooklyn).
