The Procurement Representative will serve the Rotary and Mission Systems organization, managing the full RFQ cycle in the LMP2P system and coordinating with industry partners to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery for proposal efforts. In this capacity, you will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers, ensuring that all cost and technical data aligns with mission objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Generate and issue Request for Quotes (RFQs) to qualified vendors using the LMP2P procurement system.
• Conduct follow-up communication with suppliers to clarify drawings, requirements, and any questions that arise.
• Capture, validate, and input pricing data accurately in LMP2P.
• Analyze vendor responses to ensure they meet proposal needs and drive competitive pricing wherever possible.
• Provide material cost estimating support and perform related administrative tasks as required.

You are detail-oriented, organized, and excel at communicating with internal teams and external suppliers. Your strong Microsoft Office, especially Excel, skills enable effective data manipulation and reporting for cost estimation.
