Summary The Designated Selling Associate delivers personalized in-store and digital sales for a specific brand, cultivating lasting customer relationships and driving revenue. This role emphasizes product knowledge, styling and appointment-based selling while supporting merchandising and department operations. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including appointment-based sales and reservations. Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow-up. Use selling tools such as text and social media to engage customers and drive business. Provide product education and brand training to customers and peers; conduct DSA-run product knowledge meetings. Merchandise and maintain the department: stocking, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, transfers and cleaning. Provide product feedback to the department manager and grow rewards program accounts. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate customer relationships and work in a competitive team environment. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, read sales reporting in relation to goals, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs. Confidence working with a range of price points and advising customers on styling and wardrobe completion.
