Assistant Superintendent

Just Construction Recruitment

We’re hiring an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on ground-up multifamily projects . This role is responsible for daily quality control, coordinating inspections, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards .

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily site walks to monitor quality, safety, and schedule
Coordinate and walk inspections and unit turns
Assist in managing subcontractors, site logistics, and safety compliance
Support project scheduling, material coordination, and overall field operations
Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec

Qualifications

6 months–2 years of construction experience (multifamily preferred)
Ability to read plans and construction documents
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient with basic technology (MS Office, field software)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites
