We help turn jobs into careers.The IT Support Technician provides comprehensive technical support across the organization, ensuring consistent, secure, and responsive IT operations. This role serves both onsite and remote users by resolving hardware, software, and network issues independently and collaboratively. With increased scope and autonomy, it contributes to system deployment, infrastructure reliability, and documentation that empowers end users and junior technicians.What You Will Do:Deliver Tier 1–2 support for internal users across multiple sitesResolve a broad range of hardware and software issues via the service deskIndependently diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems; escalate where necessaryFoster relationships with end users through responsive communication and issue resolutionSystem Configuration & Maintenance:Build and configure systems including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devicesPerform installs, updates, patching, and preventative maintenance of software and IT assets per company standardsSupport lifecycle management of IT equipment across locationsNetwork & Infrastructure Support:Assist with LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VOIP, and connectivity troubleshootingMonitor and maintain network devices, addressing routine performance issuesContribute to infrastructure improvements and system reliabilityDocumentation & Field Support:Develop and update technical documentation and user guidesMaintain service records in the ticketing platformNote: The job duties above provide a general sense of the role; though, additional duties may be assigned as necessary.How You Will Shine:High school diploma or GED requiredAssociate's degree in Information Technology or a related field preferredExperience:Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical roleFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite and service desk platformsExperience supporting diverse IT environments and troubleshooting hardware/software issuesLicenses/Certifications:CompTIA Fundamentals +/ CompTIA A + or ComparableAbility to Travel:Up to 25%Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strong desire to learn and grow in a technical environmentExcellent customer service and organizational skillsEffective written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to multi-task and manage time efficientlyProficiency in supporting diverse networks and IT systemsWillingness to travel frequently and adjust to changing schedulesWhat motivates our team:Excellent Benefits including medical, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, etc.Career Progression with a high growth.Modern office space in the heart of downtown Tucson.On-site Fitness Gym and Bike Share.Employee Game Room and Lounge.Free Unlimited Wash Club Membership.It's your time to SHINE!
